: March 2012: Preparing for Lambing

At the moment we are busy bringing the Ewes in in preparation for Lambing at the end of March. We have 9 new piglets, and the cows are expecting calves later in the year, so we are getting ready for a very busy time.The farm shop is now open every thursday and friday from 10am til 4pm and on saturday 10-1pm, selling all our own meat and poultry, local vegetables and Sallys popular homemade meat pies and cakes. We also have a great value boxes for all your everyday produce. Delivery is free and prices start at £30 for our "weekly box" containing a mix of meat, sausages, bacon, potatoes and veg. Contact Sally for examples of the boxes available. You can top up your box with additional items, or have your own custom box. Please email or call for further information.
